What to expect when setting an appointment with us
As in any service industry it is impossible to estimate the length of time it takes to complete a repair or service due to unforeseen issues that we may encounter while working on any given item. In addition to any other service business we have to take into consideration emergency lockouts thrown into the mix which could delay us getting to an appointment as well. Due to this we set appointment windows of 2 hours and we ask anyone needing to set an appointment with us to allow for this in their schedule. We service all of Boulder county including Louisville, Superior, Lafayette, Erie, Niwot, Gunbarrel, Longmont, Hygene, Lyons, Eldorado Springs and upon availability we can also service Nederland, Ward, Jamestown and Allenspark. Your cooperation & understanding of our appointment scheduling is greatly appreciated and it will avoid any frustration on your part as well.
